In May of 2016 I had the opportunity to travel through Iceland for a couple of weeks with my sister.  I knew that Iceland was rugged and tough, but the scenery that we stumbled upon were scenes that took our breath away.  Many times throughout the two weeks that we were there, we would stop, fall silent and simply absorb the views.  Photography does not capture the wildness of our experience, but it does capture the intricate beauties that built the landscapes we stood in.
